Wednesday February 24
at Iowa 2, Manitoba 1

Manitoba opened the scoring 4:04 into the game, as Thomas Raffl scored a power play goal. But that was all the Moose could get past Steve Michalek and the Iowa defense. Goals from Zack Mitchell and Maxime Fortunus put the Wild ahead, and they would not relinquish the lead.

Friday February 26
at Grand Rapids 4, Iowa 1

Tyler Graovac scored 18 seconds after Grand Rapids opened the scoring, but three unanswered goals for the Griffins sealed the loss for the Wild. Jared Coreau stopped 35 shots for Grand Rapids, as he kept the Wild from making any kind of ccomeback bid in this one.

Saturday February 27
at Grand Rapids 3, Iowa 0

Much like the night before, the Iowa offense could not solve the Grand Rapids goaltender, as this time it was Tom McCollum making all 29 saves to earn the shutout. Steve Michalek made a valiant effort in this one (39 saves), but unfortunately it was not enough.
